Webpify is a WordPress plugin that automatically optimizes and converts your site’s images into next-generation formats (WebP or AVIF). It compresses files without perceptible quality loss, helping pages load faster, reduce bandwidth, and improve user experience.
Next-Gen Focus: Webpify prioritizes WebP and AVIF conversions, which typically achieve smaller file sizes than JPEG/PNG.
Server-Powered: Images are processed by a high-performance Node.js backend using Sharp (libvips) for faster, more efficient compression.
Free + Pro Model: The free tier allows up to 100 optimized images per month – Perfect for bloggers and small business owners; Pro is UNLIMITED , enables bulk processing, and for the lowest price among competitors
Sidebar Preview: When selecting an image in WordPress’s media modal, Webpify displays original vs. optimized file sizes, space saved, and on-demand action buttons. Directly in upload media screen in WordPress
Clean React-Based Dashboard: A modern UI/UX for intuitive settings, stats, and one-click workflows.
Answer:
Free Version (WordPress.org):

Search “Webpify” and click Install Now, then Activate.
Pro Version:
Purchase a Pro license from your Webpify account page. You will receive a license key via email.

Answer:
Input: JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PDF, SVG.
Output Options:
WebP (all tiers)
AVIF (free and Pro)—AVIF tends to be even smaller but may require newer browser support.
You can choose your preferred output in Webpify → Settings → General.
Monthly Quota: You can optimize up to 100 images per rolling 30-day period. Each time you upload or manually optimize an image, it counts toward this quota.
Formats & Compression: Free users can convert to WebP or AVIF, choose between lossless or lossy compression, and select a quality level (0–100).
Bulk Optimization: The free version of Webpify does not include bulk optimization. Bulk (multi-image) optimization is a Pro-only feature—free users can only optimize images one at a time (up to 100 individual uploads per month).
Unlimited Optimizations
No monthly cap—optimize as many images as you want, including entire galleries in one go.
Bulk & Scheduled Automation
One‐click bulk optimization for all unoptimized uploads (no per‐month limit).
Cron/ActionScheduler tasks can run automatically (e.g., nightly) to process new or skipped images.
Priority Processing
Pro uploads/jobs are placed on a high‐priority queue in our backend—get faster turnaround, especially for very large batches.
Unlimited Upload Size
Can optimize images of any file size (no 2 MB limit).
Unlimited Websites
One Pro license key covers unlimited domains (no extra cost to add more sites).
Priority Support
Access to fast, ticketed support with a guaranteed response window.
Navigate to Webpify → Settings → Optimization.
Enable Auto-Optimize on Upload.
Choose your format (WebP or AVIF), compression mode (lossless or lossy), and quality setting.
Click Save Changes.
From now on, whenever you upload an image via Media → Add New, Webpify will automatically send it to the backend, process it, and replace or add a WebP/AVIF version in your Media Library. Free users consume one quota unit per upload until 25/mo; Pro users have no limits.
Purchase & Key Generation: After purchasing on the Webpify website (via PayPal), you receive a unique alphanumeric license key tied to your domain.
Activation: In WordPress, go to Webpify → License, paste your key, and click Activate. Webpify verifies it with the Node.js license server and unlocks Pro features.
Renewal: Licenses are valid for one year (or as specified on checkout). You will receive a renewal reminder email 30 days before expiration. To renew, log into your Webpify account, purchase a new or extended license, and paste the new key into the same field.
